Orders & delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and express takes 1–2.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders usually arrive within 7–12 business days. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will do our best before it is packed.
Product & fit
How do your pieces fit?
Shirts are boxy and fleece is oversized. Size down for a closer fit. Full measurements are in the size guide.
Will garment-dyed pieces shrink or fade?
Everything is pre-shrunk and pre-washed. Garment-dyed colours soften gently over time, which is part of the character.
How should I wash my OHEIR pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying fleece to keep it dense.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached.
Will you restock sold-out sizes?
